The house will have underfloor heating, with an air-to-water heat pump planned as the heating source. There will be heat recovery ventilation. Water will come from a newly constructed well, and sewage connection will be provided through a soakaway system.

Sales Information
1. Contract of sale
A notarial contract of sale is concluded with the buyer, in which all transaction details are agreed upon. A prerequisite for the contract of sale is that the buyer has paid 15% of the purchase price.
2. Property law contract
Once the construction is completed, a notarial property law contract is concluded. The prerequisite for entering into the contract is that the buyer pays the remaining 85% of the purchase price, after which the ownership of the house is transferred to the buyer.
