The future house will consist of an open kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a shower room, a utility room, and an entrance hall. The walls will be constructed from wood, and the foundation will be insulated with 300 mm EPS panels. For facade finishing, we will use wood and high-quality profiled metal sheeting. The house will have underfloor heating, with an air-to-water heat pump planned as the heating source. There will be heat recovery ventilation. Water will come from a newly constructed well, and sewage connection will be provided through a soakaway system.
A notarial contract of sale is concluded with the buyer, in which all transaction details are agreed upon. A prerequisite for the contract of sale is that the buyer has paid 15% of the purchase price.
Once the construction is completed, a notarial property law contract is concluded. The prerequisite for entering into the contract is that the buyer pays the remaining 85% of the purchase price, after which the ownership of the house is transferred to the buyer.
